I have read your post about Paul Mc Kenna. And it makes me think of one of my client who reported about a book written by a man in France who lost weight. He stopped feeling guilty each time he ate and ate consciously and lost 85 kilos. He was 185 kilos to start with. It's huge. So there might be some truth in there. Of course it doesnt cover the emotions. But he would probably lose the rest he needs to by addressing the emotional problems.

I watched the Paul McKenna TV program and while I don't visualize my food as something that disgusts me , I did find some of his efforts as really good. I do the EFT weight loss every night before I go to be and after my round of Eft weight loss I do another round of
Head :"I eat when I'm hungry".
Inside eyes:" I eat what I want when I'm hungry".
Under eyes: "I eat slowly, enjoying every bite".
Under nose: "I put my fork or spoon down between bites".
Chest: "At the first sign of feeling full I quit eating".
Under arm: "At the first sign of feeling full I quit eating".

It really helps me.
If you wish feel free to use this however you wish.
Thanks,
Karen L. Judd

The negative association technique has been super effective for me in controlling my cravings since seeing it on his show. But I agree that it's painful. I especially appreciated your tip in today's newsletter about using EFT and visualization of a positive emotion. That will definitely be a nice alternative to causing myself to gag at the thought of food. ;)

Important Information

  • EFT is a very flexible improvement tool that can be used for weight loss. I am using my version of it here and have had extraordinary results. The original version and complete training can be found at www.emofree.com For more information, download the free 87-page EFT manual or explore the EFT DVD Library.

While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results, it must still be considered to be in the experimental stage, and thus practitioners and the public must take complete responsibility for their use of it. Further, Gary Craig is not a licensed health professional and offers EFT as an ordained minister and as a personal performance coach. Please consult qualified health practitioners regarding your use of EFT.
