Weight Loss Success Story: "How They Did It" Series

Today I sat down with a stack of books. Personally, I buy a LOT of books and audiotapes because I LOVE to learn. And I always want something positive coming my way. I don't think there's anything better or more inspiring or motivating than talking to people who have been there and have been successful . . . their own way.

That's why we interviewed Michele Brodbeck for the Lose Weight Now Audio Program. Her story is simply inspiring! She lost 43 lb. and kicked a 1200 calorie/day soda habit. She taught herself to stay on track and even shares her winning self-talk.

It's important to stay hopeful and inspired, to keep your spirits elevated. Michele is a regular person. If she can do it, so can you!
