It is critical to pay attention to where you put your focus. If you are focusing on how much weight you need to lose, then according to the law of attraction, you are attracting more weight. (You get what you think about.)
If you are focusing on how much money you need, then you are focusing on what you don't have enough of.
Kind of a Catch 22, isn't it? It can be very challenging to focus on what you DO want instead of what you DON'T want. For weight loss, spend time focusing on the slim body you want to have -- you don't have to have a crisp, clear image. It can just be a feeling . . . a felt sense . . . what your clothes would feel like . . . how you would feel inside at your ideal weight.
For money issues, spend time imagining yourself in abundance, whatever that means to you. Imagine how you would feel. Focus on the abundance you have now and what you see all around you. Focus on the abundance in nature and bring that abundant feeling inside yourself.
Use EFT both to clear any negative emotions that arise and affirm the strength and beauty inside yourself. ("Even though I'm carrying this extra weight now, I choose to know that I am achieving the slim body I desire . . . ")
It's impossible (and exhausting) to try to monitor your thoughts. Instead, focus on your feelings and how you want to feel. Affirm positive feelings inside and "tap it in" with EFT to multiply the effect "I am healthy and strong." Using the EFT Weight Loss CD will make it easy.
