EFT: How Do You Want To Feel?

Whenever you have the urge to overeat (or drink, or any other addictive habit), ask yourself how you WANT to feel. Think about what you want the food to do for you. Most of the time, the answer to that question is "change how you feel." So how DO you want to feel? Visualize yourself having that feeling. To amplify the impact, tap while you are visualizing. I only use 1 point (sore spot), but you can do a full round if you want.

If I am tired at the end of a day, I want to feel energized and refreshed, so I simply massage the sore spot and visualize myself feeling that way. You’ll be surprised how often you can create the feeling you want with this simple technique.
