Here’s what I tell them . . .
It’s not about the words!
Yes, reframing can be a VERY helpful technique to change your thinking. But if you don’t know what to say, you don’t have to say anything. Just tune into the feelings (even if you can’t name them) and tap!
We know from Gary Craig’s workshops that people in China tap for 45 minutes per day with no words at all.
The biggest thing is to avoid self-criticism and keep tapping.
