We Get What We Feel Worthy Of Having

Whenever I am working with someone, I usually throw in a statement about feeling deserving. Many people will get a charge on that word, even if they don’t raise the issue. It’s a good way to uncover tail enders that might be lurking in your subconscious.

Feeling worthy and deserving help move you along, and promote congruence with your goal. So, if you DON’T feel worthy of accomplishing what you want, it slows down your progress.

We get what we feel worthy of having.

I find that even the most innocent issues can be a Pandora’s box. This statement helps to go deeper and get to the core issue quicker, which is usually some version of "I’m not good enough."

When using EFT for weight loss, for instance, I might add in "I deserve to lose weight" on one of the tapping points and see if that triggers anything. When using EFT for abundance,  add "I deserve to be wealthy" and see if that takes you to another level of work.
