There are many ways to use Emotional Freedom Techniques to tame food cravings. One of the easiest is to tap on it directly. "Even though I have this craving, I deeply and completely accept myself". This may be all that you need, and is often highly effective because it also helps neutralize the guilt that some people feel when they get food cravings.
You can also use "I choose" statements. "Even though I have this craving, I choose to stay strong in my resolve".
